This book is produce-focused with more than 200 recipes for organic poultry and meat, simple desserts and not a lot of fuss. Just found the worst page in the entire dictionary. Berries, nuts, fungus, and water sources were especially complicated and concernful. Over forty dishes from the show include anecdotes, interesting food facts, and of course Chef Michael’s detailed recipe instructions and chef’s hints. When soft and translucent, add the white wine, burn off the alcohol and reduce a little.
